In 2014 my family chose Merrifield & Pilcher to represent us in the purchase of our new home. The home we purchased had been vacant for several years so we were encouraged to have a home inspection.

During the home inspection it was determined that some repairs were needed prior to the banks approval of the loan. Merrifield & Pilcher worked diligently for several weeks to negotiate on our behalf and make sure the repairs were paid by the seller, and completed promptly.
